SHIPPING INFO
This product line can be shipped to PO boxes and physical addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. If you have shipping needs outside of this area please contact us.
Shipping method or carrier type chosen at time of shipment; usually this line ships USPS Priority mail or First Class Service. Expedited services are available - contact us for details.
Shipping Time: Regular Items usually ship from GA warehouse in 1-2 business days. Personalized or customized items ship in 2-3 days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
RETURN INFO
If you are not pleased with your purchase, request an RA # at customerservice@vividproductsonline.com (Be sure to Include your full name, email address, & Order number). Once you have an RA # simply ship it back to us prepaid to the address given on the RA within 21 days of receipt. We must receive your returned purchase within 21 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Item(s) must be in its original package. Item(s) must be shipped in a box. Please do not attach anything to the original manufacturer's packaging.
We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are marked "Special Order", "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. We also do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or customized.
A full refund minus original shipping fee(s) and possible 10% restock charge will be given after we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund. We will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card or Paypal account used to purchase the returned item(s). Unexpected or Unapproved returns will be subject to a 20% Restocking fee.
