I ordered 3 lanterns from Vivid Products and had them within the week! Not only did they ship fast but they were just as pictured on the website. On top of that, one of the lanterns arrived with a broken glass pane....that happens in shipping all the time. I sent in an email to their support and had a response within hours that they would be shipping an entire lantern out to me immediately. They were so nice they even followed up to make sure it arrived in good condition. Now that's customer service! I'll definitely be going back for my future needs.
