I placed an order at the end of November as a Christmas present. Before the purchase I was aware that the item would not come into the warehouse until Dec. 13th. The warehouse pushed the date back until the 22nd. Vivid products went out of their way to find someone else that had the product and sent it to me! It arrived on Christmas eve and the person receiving the gift was so very happy! Great customer service!!!! Will buy from again!
