Vivid Products uses multiple suppliers in it’s drop-shipping fulfillment operations; each supplier has a slightly different policies regarding shipping and returns thus we have listed our policies by supplier or brands and have listed links to each below. If not addressed in the individual brand shipping and return policy the noted information below applies:

  • Vivid Products orders will only be shipped to physical addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states); we do not ship to APO, FPO or to locations outside of the continental United States . We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes; exceptions to this may be requested by contacting us at customerservice@vividproductsonline.com with the full shipping address, order details including item number, quantity, description, needed delivery date.

  • Return Request Deadlines (after delivery)

Damaged in transit: 48 hours

Voluntary returns: 14 days

Defective returns: 30 days

Mis-shipped goods: 14 days

Non-Defective Merchandise: 15% Re-Stock Fee in some cases

Unauthorized, Refused, and Undeliverable Returns subject to related shipping and re-stock fees

  • Vivid Products takes possession of unclaimed, unauthorized product returns after 60 days

  • Vivid Products does not accept COD returns - Buyer pays shipping costs for returning goods.

  • WARRANTY COVERAGE: All return requests submitted after 30 days by the Vivid Products customer are defined as Manufacturer Warranty claims. Warranty claims must be submitted directly by the end consumer to the product manufacturer for additional support. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer; most non-custom manufactured merchandise includes a One Year parts/labor warranty.
  • STORE CREDIT: Store credit issued from making a return is valid for one year from the issue date. Following the expiration date, store credit balances are automatically deactivated.
